How do I buy a product without a price?

On our site there are different types of discounts that may or may not be visible to "visitors". There may also be additional discounts based on the destination entered and therefore, in addition to the Login it is advisable to also perform the CheckOut so that the site applies all the discounts provided for your specific case.

However, some types of products, which may or may not have a visible price, are not addable to the cart regardless of the Login.

We have highlighted these products with the "Request a Quote" label.

This "limitation" is necessary for two different reasons:

- prohibition of publishing prices (based on specific agreements with the supplier/manufacturer),

- products stored in a warehouse shared with other stores and marketplaces with a high frequency of orders for which it is necessary, before accepting a possible request, to further check the availability of the product in the desired quantities.

What changes for the customer? Nothing.

The same conditions provided and published on the site will be applied, that is, the discounts valid at the time of the request will be applied and, if the customer already has a registered account on the site, the purchase of a quote will result in the assignment of the relative loyalty points which, we remind you, will allow you to convert the balance of your points into a Voucher that can be spent online in a subsequent order (for products that can be purchased on the site).

In the request, it will also be possible to specify the preferred payment method and, in the case of a private customer, whether or not you want the invoice as a sales document.

It will therefore be sufficient to request a quote, first by clicking on the "Ask a Quote" button on the page(s) of the desired product(s) and, once the addition is complete, you will have to click on "Open List" and fill in the short request form with your data.

The customer is notified of the correct sending by means of a message on the monitor and by a summary email that will be sent to the same email address entered.
