The civil and professional osmosis systems of the RO MICRO line are systems designed with 2.5" or 4" membranes according to the production flow rate and designed to produce a good volume of osmosis water with low fixed residue for technological uses or for the treatment of water with conductivity up to 4,500 microsiemens, returning water up to 20 microsiemens.

Characterized by compact dimensions, it is suitable for meeting needs where ease of use and a good quality-price ratio are required with reduced maintenance costs and excellent performance. The RO MICRO osmosis system is complete with the necessary instruments and accessories for controlling the operating parameters and the correct management of the system itself.

The RO MICRO osmosis is the ideal model to use if you need to treat well water, drill with particular characteristics or even aqueduct water. We recommend using it with water that does not exceed 4,500 Microsiemens to maintain the quality and performance details described. However, we recommend contacting us to confirm the effectiveness and flow rates in relation to the type of incoming water.

How RO MICRO is made - osmosis system

RO Micro is a reverse osmosis system for civil and professional use assembled on a high-resistance PVC panel, this allows maximum ventilation and cooling of the engine so as to provide maximum performance and the possibility of operating for continuous hours.

Ideal for those applications where it is necessary to produce water continuously or to accumulate in storage tanks.

Control unit with display

The control unit of the RO MICRO osmosis system coordinates the operation of the system and controls and manages the motor, pressure switches, automatic membrane washing float, automating the switching on and off of the system.

The display shows the following data:

- Inlet conductivity (if optional) and permeate (included)

- Hourly flow rate (OPTIONAL) in input and output

- Machine status and any errors

- Possibility and management of alarms

- Possibility of starting and stopping the system manually check

- OPTIONAL: Remote machine status display

High Rejection Membranes

Depending on the model and production flow rate, the system is assembled with 2.5" or 4" membranes of the BW series with rejection up to 98-99.7%

Some examples of Production quality*:

- IN 2500 microsiemens => OUT about 40-50 microsiemens

Regulation of the conductivity of the water produced

The RO MICRO reverse osmosis system is suitable for various applications in the civil and professional sector, for this reason it is equipped with a valve for the micro-regulation of the salinity of the permeate water.

In this way you can produce very pure water with very low conductivity for professional, laboratory and industrial uses or water with adequate conductivity for drinking and human consumption.

RO MICRO Functions and System Alert

- Machine block and protection in the event of lack of incoming water, in this way engine failures are avoided.

- Machine block in the event of high conductivity of the permeate water so as to prevent the system from operating with water that is not suitable for its performance and to avoid polluting the membranes.

It is possible to remotely control all the systems managed through the Manufacturer's WIFI control unit.
